Vintage VIP Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Pampelmuse and Minimist (hereafter referred to as "the Organizers"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the European Union who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Organizers, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:✅ Like the giveaway post✅ Follow @pampelmuse.shop & @minimistapp✅ Tag at least one friend in the comments (each tag = one entry; unlimited entries allowed)

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries must be received before the deadline: Sunday, 16 February 2025, at 12PM CET.

Winner Selection & Announcement

The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries. The winner will be announced on Monday, 17 February 2025, at 9AM CET via the Instagram accounts of Pampelmuse and Minimist. The winner will be contacted via direct message and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be drawn.

Prize

The prize consists of a €50 Pampelmuse online store voucher to be used on Pampelmuse’s website. The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Data Protection & Privacy

By entering, participants agree to their Instagram username being publicly announced if they win. Personal data will only be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

General Conditions

The Organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in case of fraud, technical failure, or unforeseen circumstances. Any attempt to manipulate the giveaway (e.g., fake accounts, bots) will result in disqualification. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

This giveaway is subject to the laws of the European Union, and any disputes shall be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction.
